Multifunctional recreation center Čenkovice

Company LaP Plus Ltd Čenkovice is preparing three major projects in the field of building-up. We have prepared their presentation on these website. Presentation of the project in PPS format (5.26 MB) can be downloaded from our website.

The whole project is divided into two stages.

1 phase – construction of supra-regional multi-functional sport tourist centre on 10 ha for the implementation of a number of complex projects in the tourism with particular emphasis on developing social and cultural cohesion of children and families from the Czech Republic and other countries of the EU.

2 phase – providing 81 building plots on the area of 20 ha and their subsequent sale to interested persons, of which:

  • 77 to build holiday houses
  • 4 for the construction of guest houses

The project holder is an international Czech-Irish company S & P plus Ltd., which has been dealing with the preparation of the project for 6 years and has already implemented many of the necessary investments in millions of EUR.

  • International sports schools in the countryside
