  • During your first ride pay attention to the jibs
  • Use the jibs carefully.
  • If the riders go up the hill on foot, they should walk on the side
  • Do not stay on the take-off and land places
  • Before starting, look around every jib, whether you are the only person preparing to use it
  • If the rider falls, he should leave as soon as possible the place of take-off, do not turn round, do not unnecessarily brake to avoid digging up and destroying the place of take-off
  • Take account of other riders around you
  • Do not overestimate your ability
  • Tell us about defects
